Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Risk & Insurance to run the day-to-day ERM and corporate insurance programs. You will partner with executives, risk owners, the broker, and outside advisors to identify, assess, and transfer risk as the company moves toward commercial deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in corporate risk management and/or insurance, with at least 3 years in commercial or corporate insurance.
• Experience leading a full corporate insurance renewal, including D&O.
• Public company exposure; preferred industries: utilities, energy, nuclear, aerospace and defense, or heavy engineering.
• Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual and quarterly ERM cycle with executives and risk owners.
• Maintain ERM framework, risk taxonomy, scoring criteria, and risk appetite statements.
• Lead documentation and tracking of mitigation plans, KRIs, and emerging risks.
• Prepare ERM reporting for executive leadership and the Audit Committee, including heat maps and trend analyses.
• Align ERM results with strategic planning and the insurance program.
• Oversee the corporate insurance program with broker across coverages (D&O, property, liability, cyber, etc.).
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process with underwriters, submissions, and quotes.
