SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk strategy and execution. This role interfaces with executive leadership to strengthen the company’s risk profile, insurance, and captive/alternative financing structures across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on risks.
• Develop risk assessments, risk registers, and KRIs.
• Establish executive risk reporting and dashboards.
• Guide risk reviews and strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks affecting construction operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide risk guidance in major initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion.
