Job summary

Tekion Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Demand Generation to drive the global pipeline growth and revenue. You will lead a high-performing team, shape the demand generation strategy, and align campaigns across digital, ABM, events, webinars, and partner programs.

You will partner with sales to optimize messaging, targeting, and handoffs, building forecasting models and dashboards to report on performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B marketing focused on demand generation and pipeline growth.
5+ years in a leadership role managing marketing teams and budgets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven success leading multi-channel marketing strategies tied to revenue outcomes.
Strong expertise with marketing and sales platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase).

Responsibilities

Lead the overall demand generation function, setting vision and strategy.
Define global demand gen strategy and roadmap to support pipeline and revenue.
Lead a team of demand marketers across digital, ABM, events, webinars, partner programs.
Partner with sales to align campaigns, messaging, and handoffs for velocity.
Develop pipeline goals, forecasting models, and performance dashboards.
Establish best practices in campaign planning, testing, attribution, optimization.
Oversee demand gen tech stack: marketing automation, CRM, analytics.
Build executive-level reporting dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Evaluate new channels, vendors, tools to expand reach and efficiency.
