Job summary

Skill is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and lead a global, revenue-focused demand engine. This senior IC role partners with Content, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Marketing Operations to drive pipeline growth.

You will own demand strategy, integrated campaigns, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing workflows to optimize velocity and outcomes. The role includes shaping an AWS partnership motion and cross-functional leadership without direct reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth or revenue marketing.
• Proven pipeline or revenue contribution ownership.
• Multi-channel, integrated campaign strategy experience.
• Experience with ABM, intent data or sales intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and marketing budget management.
• Track record partnering with Sales and leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud or complex B2B env.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global demand generation plan aligned to pipeline/revenue goals.
• Own quarterly pipeline targets and optimize by channel/program.
• Manage global advertising budgets and data-driven investments.
• Improve inbound quality, conversion rates and cost per opportunity.
• Own global campaign calendar and strategy; partner with Product Marketing.
• Lead nurture strategy, testing and optimization.
• Provide account intelligence and measure marketing-sourced performance.
• Develop AWS-focused demand strategy and partner programs.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows across campaigns and reporting.
