Job summary
Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Director, CX Advanced Analytics & AI Technical Suite Lead to guide a technical team spanning Performance Optimization, Predictive Algorithms, and Analytics & Insights. You will own roadmaps, governance, and platform strategy in collaboration with CX leaders.
You will drive scalable, secure analytics solutions, align with product and enterprise priorities, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor a high‑performing team across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in data/analytics platforms and enterprise delivery.
- Experience leading AI/analytics teams in enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, data models, and governance.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for CX analytics and AI suites.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to define roadmaps.
- Manage budget, resources, and vendor partnerships.
- Ensure secure, compliant, scalable analytics solutions.
- Deliver KPI frameworks and governance for enterprise insights.
