Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team of 4–5 and own Cribl’s flagship events, including CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club. You will manage the global tradeshow calendar and a multi‑million dollar budget, partnering with executives to elevate Cribl’s brand and drive pipeline impact.

You will influence cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing, building scalable event strategies and playbooks for a remote‑first, globally distributed

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross‑functional reporting with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and coaching.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows per year) for brand and pipeline impact.
• Oversee a multi‑million dollar events budget with Finance and executive leadership.
• Partner with executives to plan high‑visibility moments and ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and GTM to reflect Cribl’s brand in events.
• Define event strategy and playbooks that scale with the company.
