Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a 4–5 person team and own the global events program, including CriblCon, annual kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll manage a multi‑million dollar budget, partner with executives, and drive brand presence across 12–14 tradeshow shows annually.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver high-visibility moments and measurable pipeline impact, with travel ~40% and a remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross-functional reporting with Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale user conferences, internal kickoffs, and President’s Club is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to the majority of Cribl’s global events (~40% travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and building team culture.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows per year) for brand presence and pipeline impact.
• Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget with executive partnership.
• Collaborate with executives to plan high-visibility moments and ensure smooth on-site delivery.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Comms, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, ProdEng, and Sales.
• Establish and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks as the company grows.
• Oversee vendor/agency relationships and negotiate contracts for budget efficiency.
• Define and report on event metrics: attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, engagement, and budget.
• Represent events in marketing leadership discussions and risk management.
