Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team responsible for CriblCon, the Company Kickoff, and President’s Club. You will own the end-to-end planning and execution of Cribl’s global tradeshow footprint, ensuring brand consistency and strong pipeline impact.

You’ll manage a multi‑million dollar events budget, collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, and build scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross-functional reporting with Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives in high-visibility, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel to the majority of Cribl’s global events (~40% travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals, providing coaching, and building a strong team culture.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual Company Kickoff, and annual President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows per year).
• Own and manage a multi‑million dollar events budget in partnership with Finance.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high‑visibility moments and ensure on-site excellence.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships across Comms, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, ProdEng, and Sales.
• Establish and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks that scale with the company.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize budget efficiency.
• Define and report on event success metrics: attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, and budget performance.
