Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of transactions including M&A, licensing, collaborations.
• Drive deal lifecycle from initial assessment to closing.
• Develop strategies balancing opportunity, risk and value.
• Negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements with Legal and others.
• Coordinate due diligence and present recommendations to senior leadership.
