Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation and/or people analytics, including 3+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual compensation cycle end-to-end, including budgeting and calibration.
• Lead evolution of compensation model and job architecture to align with post-acquisition scopes.
• Build and own the global People Dashboard and predictive attrition analytics.
