Anthropic is seeking a Head of Community to transform a global set of programs into a measurable engine that grows retained users and product adoption for Claude. You will lead a team spanning ambassadors, regional leads, and enterprise champions, building an operating model and a framework that ties activities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own global community strategy and operating model.
• Scale a global team of program and regional owners.
• Define measurement framework and success metrics.
• Build community across audiences and seniority levels.
• Drive enterprise expansion through champions and partner ecosystems.
• Align with Brand and Comms for sentiment and awareness.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science on usage metrics.
