Anthropic is seeking a Head of Community to turn a set of programs into a scalable function that drives retention and product adoption for Claude. You will lead ambassadors, regional leads, and enterprise champions with a sharp operating model and clear metrics.

You'll work across Product, Sales, PMM, Brand, and Comms to align community strategy with business goals and to drive cross-functional impact globally.

Qualifications

• Led and built a community or advocacy function with measurable outcomes.
• Experience directing distributed program owners and regional leads.
• Ability to map community work to enterprise account strategies.
• Comfort presenting to executives and engineers alike.

Responsibilities

• Own the global community strategy, operating model, and program portfolio.
• Lead and scale a global team of program owners and regional leads.
• Define a measurement framework tying activity to retained users and product adoption.
• Align community work with product direction, launches, and pricing.
