Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in New Jersey seeks a Senior Manager, Client Learning & Adoption to lead a global team delivering scalable client education and enablement programs. You will shape learning pathways, certification, localization, and AI-enabled experiences to increase product utilization and value realization.

Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Change Management to drive adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in customer success, education, enablement, or related roles.
• At least 5 years leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing scalable client learning programs and adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the client learning and adoption function.
• Manage a global team responsible for onboarding, adoption, enablement, and education.
• Design and optimize learning pathways and certification programs.
• Partner with Change Management and Communications leaders.
• Develop global content in localized languages and formats.
