Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Learning & Adoption to lead a global team that designs, delivers, and scales client learning and enablement programs. You will align with our digital-first customer strategy and partner with multiple departments to drive adoption and value realization across platforms.

The role focuses on global learning content, certifications, and localized material to improve engagement, product utilization, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Customer Success, Communications, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related discipline required.
• 8+ years of experience in customer success, customer education, enablement, learning and development, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Client Learning & Adoption function and scalable adoption programs.
• Manage and develop a global team responsible for client learning, onboarding, adoption, enablement, certification, and education programs.
• Support and execute learning and adoption strategies for digital, workflow-integrated, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize learning management systems and scalable educational experiences.
• Partner with Change Management and Communications to support enablement components of major initiatives.
• Develop globally localized learning content and formats for consistent education at scale.
• Identify adoption barriers and opportunities to improve customer outcomes, product utilization, and value realization.
• Establish and monitor adoption metrics including product utilization and learning engagement.
