Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Learning & Adoption to lead a global team in designing, delivering, and scaling client education programs. You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing to drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across our digital platforms.

The role focuses on scalable learning pathways, certifications, localization, and analytics to optimize customer outcomes and product utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling client learning programs and adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
• Experience driving measurable business outcomes through adoption analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead global client learning and adoption programs to drive value realization.
• Manage and develop a global team responsible for onboarding, enablement, and certification.
• Design scalable learning pathways, content, and certifications across regions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning resources with major customer-facing initiatives.
• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, utilization and customer outcomes.
• Develop AI-enabled learning experiences and digital workflows to improve scalability.
