Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Learning & Adoption to lead a global team delivering client education, onboarding, and adoption programs. You will develop scalable learning pathways, certifications, and content that drive product utilization and customer value.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing to unify learning across regions and platforms while measuring impact through adoption and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Customer Success, Communications, Organizational Development, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in customer success, education, enablement, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of people leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing and scaling client learning programs and adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of LMS and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global learning and adoption programs aligned with digital-first customer strategy.
• Develop and manage a global team delivering onboarding, certification, and education.
• Design scalable learning content, pathways, and self-service resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to align resources across platforms and regions.
• Measure adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
