Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and strategic initiatives for our Private AI growth. You will partner with regional leaders to optimize the AI adoption funnel, drive portfolio analytics, and align cross-functional teams with senior leadership priorities.

You will synthesize technical and business signals, define KPIs with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy, and shape scalable processes across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to tackle complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with the ability to convert facts into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-suite and senior leaders and tell a clear executive story.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid clouds, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with GTM systems and BI tools and SQL is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Create analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 enterprise lists.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and solution productization.
• Build segment analyses and business cases for investment decisions and resource planning.
