Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will shape governance rhythms, analytics, and strategic storytelling for senior leadership.

You will partner with AI Front-Line leaders and Revenue Ops to drive KPIs, portfolio analyses, and scalable processes across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring alignment with ecosystem partners and GTM plays.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills.
• Analytical mindset with CRM data insights.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and sales leaders.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and hybrid cloud.
• Experience with GTM systems and BI tools.
• Autonomy in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance for Applied AI org across regions.
• Analyze CRM data and portfolio to drive strategic recommendations.
• Define KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Partner with ecosystem players to maximize platform pull-through.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with regional and global teams.
