Job summary

Celonis is seeking a senior leader to own the design and execution of integrated GTM planning. You will lead territory planning, segmentation, role definition, and resource allocation while stress-testing plans with custom modeling.

You will coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services to build consensus on priorities and ensure feasible execution. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape global GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or AI-oriented tech companies focused on GTM strategy, sales planning, or revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in territory planning, segmentation, and account assignment with execution of planning processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS go-to-market models and how to drive ACV/ARR and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual GTM planning process across functions to balance growth and profitability.
• Develop territory and segment strategy; optimize for pipeline, ACV/ARR growth, and productivity.
• Define GTM ratios and analyze performance to optimize resource allocation.
