Job summary

AWS is hiring a Principal Go-To-Market Specialist for FSx for Lustre, the high-performance file system used in demanding AI and HPC workloads. You will shape the worldwide GTM strategy and partner with frontier model builders, startups, and enterprises to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

You will lead programs across sales, specialists, partners, and cross‑functional teams, delivering measurable outcomes and influential customer engagements at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies including Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT.
• 7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the WW GTM strategy for FSx for Lustre and oversee execution of programs driving adoption and market share.
• Drive GenAI and HPC workload adoption, build sales plays, and identify new markets across training, fine-tuning, inference, and traditional HPC workloads.
• Engage with leading AI labs, model providers, and enterprises to translate needs into product feedback and wins.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to align on joint GTM motions and identify workloads that propel FSx for Lustre growth.
• Explain how high‑performance storage speeds up training, improves accelerator utilization, and reduces total AI/HPC costs.
• Develop enablement content, reference architectures, and customer-facing material; represent FSx for Lustre externally.
