Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Go-To-Market Specialist for FSx for Lustre to shape global GTM strategy and drive adoption across GenAI and HPC workloads.

You will engage with top AI labs, enterprises, and partners to translate performance and data needs into scalable solutions. The role requires cross-functional leadership across sales, solutions architecture, product, and marketing, with a proven ability to influence executive decision-making and deliver compelling value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years with Advanced Compute technologies including Accelerated Compute, HPC, Visual/Spatial Compute, and IoT.
• 7+ years with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and Storage.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Set the WW GTM strategy for FSx for Lustre and oversee execution of programs.
• Drive GenAI and HPC workload adoption across model training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Engage with leading AI labs, model providers, and enterprises to capture feedback and wins.
• Partner across AWS to align on joint GTM motions and scaling opportunities.
• Show how high-performance storage speeds up training and lowers costs.
• Build enablement materials, architectures, and customer-facing content.
• Develop a partner ecosystem to scale adoption.
