Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, seeks a Senior GTM Onboarding Programs Manager to own a global onboarding program for Account Executives, SDRs, and Partner Sellers. This hybrid role, based in Santa Clara, focuses on connecting enablement to pipeline generation and closed deals through in-person cohorts, self-paced learning, and AI-driven companions tailored to role ramp journeys.

You will drive the onboarding strategy, partner with Sales, Ops, Product Marketing, and People teams, and

Qualifications

7+ years in sales enablement, GTM onboarding, or revenue productivity in high-growth firms.
Experience carrying a quota or in Solutions Engineer/ AE roles to understand the sales motion.

Responsibilities

Advance the global GTM onboarding strategy with a roadmap and role-specific journeys.
Design onboarding experiences across in-person cohorts, self-paced learning, and AI-driven tools.
Co-facilitate onboarding cohorts at HQ and regional events; coach internal SMEs.
Align Sales, Ops, Product Marketing, People, and Enablement around a shared vision with business outcomes.
Own ramp metrics and provide executive-ready reporting on effectiveness.
