Amazon's Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Quick team seeks a Worldwide GTM Specialist to lead the global go-to-market for Managed Knowledge Bases. You will define market strategy, align with sales plays, and translate customer needs into an actionable product roadmap for enterprise GenAI adoption.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll build a worldwide pipeline with field teams, partners, and specialists, set enablement standards, and present progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years with Data & AI tech including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, DB, or Storage.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide GTM strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases, including market sizing and pricing input.
• Build and grow a global pipeline with field sales, partners, and account teams.
• Serve as domain authority on enterprise retrieval, RAG, vector stores, and data grounding.
• Define and scale enablement flywheel: sales plays, reference architectures, demos, workshops, and field training.
• Represent voice of customer to product and engineering for roadmap input.
• Collaborate on partner and ecosystem strategy.
• Establish goals, metrics, and reporting cadence; deliver business reviews to leadership.
• Represent AWS credibly as a thought leader at customer briefings and events.
