Job summary

AWS is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Arlington, VA to help position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers. You will lead cross-functional motions across sales, marketing, and partners to accelerate adoption of data migration and modernization initiatives.

You will leverage data domain expertise to craft field enablement and sales strategies, support high-priority customers, and bring market signals back to product teams to influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, BD, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (Analytics, DB, GenAI).
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate sales motions across teams to accelerate adoption over 1-3+ years.
• Leverage data domain expertise to build field enablement and sales strategies.
• Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers.
• Bring market signals to product teams to influence roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS at industry events.
