Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking an experienced leader to drive go-to-market enablement for a Databricks product area. You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy, building scalable demos, POCs, and assets that help field engineers and partners win deals.

This role requires deep experience in data/AI platforms, solutions architecture, and creating enablement programs from scratch, with a focus on AI-driven assets and measurable impact on win rates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or enablement with data/AI platforms.
• Proven POC delivery and live objection handling as a Solutions Architect.
• Deep knowledge of modern data/AI platforms and at least one Databricks product domain.
• Builder mindset creating tools, demos, and automations with AI multipliers.
• Experience launching enablement programs from scratch (0-to-1).

Responsibilities

• Lead global GTM enablement strategy and scalable AI-driven assets.
• Create demos, POCs, labs, and assets for field engineering and partner sales.
• Translate roadmap features into field-ready assets before GA.
• Capture field feedback to influence product roadmap and priorities.
• Define KPIs for field readiness and impact on win rates.
• Develop multi-format enablement, including AI role-plays and labs.
