Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead GTM recruiting across the Americas, reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and drive world-class GTM talent. You will manage a team of GTM recruiters, partner with Sales Executives, and use data to tell a compelling hiring story while coaching stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting experience in tech.
• 4+ years managing a team.
• Go-to-Market recruiting experience.
• Coaching mindset for full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong ability to measure performance with metrics/KPIs.
• Extremely high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM recruitment team to deliver results across Americas.
• Partner with GTM hiring teams to build sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Use reports and dashboards to track recruiting metrics.
• Provide backup support and lead senior GTM searches.
• Collaborate with peers to design and implement solutions.
• Bring AI to the forefront to gain efficiency.
