Wellington Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead global GSOC operations, oversee 24/7 monitoring, and align security with enterprise risk and business continuity. The role requires deep experience in security operations, incident response, and executive-level communication.

You will manage a global security program, collaborate with Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal, and other teams, and build strong relationships with vendors and law enforcement to strengthen the firm’s security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security/related field required.
• 5+ years in security operations, GSOC, or related roles.
• 3+ years in people leadership in security.
• Experience with global programs and interfacing with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize GSOC operations with intelligence-led security services.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to enterprise risk, crisis management and business continuity.
• Standardize SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, SLAs, escalations and controls.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, escalation, and response coordination.
• Use after-action reviews and lessons learned to improve response.
• Build and coach a high-performing GSOC team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to respond to incidents.
• Design event security plans for major firm events.
• Coordinate security measures for executives and travelers.
