Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Manager to lead Protective Services for the BAC, overseeing remote security monitoring, incident response, and customer protection across global operations. The role requires shift-based governance in a 24x7 environment from Arlington, VA.

You will manage diverse teams, drive performance, escalate issues, and coordinate with Senior Leadership to improve security programs and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in security operations centers or similar.
• Experience in incident management, threat management, investigations, or related fields.
• Experience drafting and publishing written security communications.
• 2+ years of team management and performance experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage diverse teams for remote security monitoring and incident management worldwide.
• Oversee drafting and publication of written products with quality control.
• Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Prioritize competing security events and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead service reviews and performance reporting with stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
