Securitas USA is seeking a GSOC Operations Manager in Austin, TX to lead a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center, protecting people, assets, and reputation across AMER/EMEA regions. You will direct a high‑performing team, shape strategy, and own the day‑to‑day performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and SLAs. This hands‑on leadership role requires data‑driven decisions, cross‑functional coordination, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams in 24/7 operations environments.
• Familiarity with alarm monitoring, access control, and incident management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily GSOC operations including alarm monitoring, access control, incident response, and communication workflows.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development to build a skilled, resilient team.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical incidents and operational challenges.
• Deliver regular reports to leadership and clients highlighting trends, risks, and performance.
