  • Maintain a strong operational presence during high‑impact or time‑sensitive events.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional incident notifications and communications.
  • Oversee thorough documentation and reporting in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client stakeholders and local branch leadership.
  • Promote a customer‑centric service model and high‑quality interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to leadership and clients, highlighting trends, risks, and performance.
  • Support investigations by coordinating resources, reviewing data, and ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
Reporting & Data Integrity
  • Manage reporting functions (bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly) including incident volume, alarm activity, and response performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data, including headcount tracking and system inputs (e.g., IA/OFSS).
  • Maintain accountability for GSOC administrative functions, including documentation, inventory control, and facility organization.
Who You Are

You bring a service‑first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges. You are solutions‑focused and thrive in both independent and team settings. You are comfortable leading in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment where your decisions have real‑time impact.
