Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a GSOC Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 global security operation across AMER/EMEA, protecting people, assets, and reputation. You will drive day-to-day performance of the Global Security Operations Center and partner with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.

This hands-on leadership role requires delivering reports, refining SOPs, and building a high-performing team across regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelors preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GSOC operations including alarm monitoring, access control, incident response, and communication workflows.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
• Champion the GSOC mission by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and enhance services.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate resolution of technical or operational issues.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies for business continuity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global security partners for consistent service delivery.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide leadership coverage as required.
