Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy and Growth to shape and execute the enterprise growth plan across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets. You will identify opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and lead market development for long-term revenue expansion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise growth strategy across global defense and aerospace markets.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities, expand strategic customer relationships.
• Lead market development initiatives to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
• Drive strategic pursuits in Electronic Warfare, Radar, RF, and AI-enabled systems.
• Partner with leadership to align portfolio investments with growth opportunities.
• Build multi-year growth plans and ensure alignment with STRAP and AOP objectives.
