Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace’s Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) seeks a Senior Director, Strategy and Growth to develop and execute the enterprise-wide growth plan across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets. This executive will build multi-year growth pipelines, lead strategic capture, and drive international expansion while aligning with STRAP and AOP.

The role requires senior leadership experience, DoD and government customer engagement, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required.
12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, product management, engineering or growth leadership.
7+ years of leading cross-functional global teams.
Experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the EDS global growth strategy across defense, adjacents, and international markets.
Identify, qualify, and capture opportunities in EW, radar, RF systems, software, and mission computing.
Lead international expansion and strategic partnerships to expand market penetration.
Build long-range growth plans and multi-year pipelines aligned to AOP and STRAP.
Lead cross-functional pursuit teams from opportunity identification through contract award.
