Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC search for a Senior Director, Strategy and Growth to develop and execute the enterprise growth strategy across global defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets. This leader will identify new opportunities, expand strategic customer relationships, and drive market development initiatives for sustainable revenue growth.

The role oversees growth in Electronic Warfare, Radar and Sensor Systems, and AI-enabled mission systems, partnering with Honeywell

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, product management, engineering or growth leadership.
7+ years of leading cross-functional global teams.
Experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies.
Experience supporting both U.S. Government and commercial customers.
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global growth strategy for EDS across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets.
Lead enterprise capture strategy for major domestic and international pursuits and develop customer-specific value propositions.
Partner with Product Management and offering teams to shape next-generation capabilities aligned with market demand.
Lead cross-functional pursuit teams from opportunity identification through contract award and drive profitable revenue growth.
