• Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, offering management, or business strategy within aerospace/defense tech.
• Proven ability to drive high-growth product portfolios in electronic warfare or related defense domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end international approach for the portfolio, aligned with EDS priorities.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps focused on growth in RF detection, electronic warfare, radar, and integrated RF solutions.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management, including investments, enhancements, and retirement decisions.
• Establish differentiated value propositions tailored to mission applications.
• Identify high-growth international opportunities and establish global partnerships.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI) to accelerate time-to-market.
• Drive pricing and commercialization strategies to maximize revenue and margin.
