• Develop and execute global growth strategy for defense and aerospace markets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in EW, radar, RF, and AI-enabled systems.
• Lead international expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with product management to align portfolio with demand.
• Drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth in line with AOP.
