Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, AR seeks a Senior Director to own strategy and growth planning for Tyson Foods International. Reporting to the President of International, you will connect International to enterprise strategy, drive growth pillars, and identify future M&A opportunities.

The role requires coordinating with regions, cultures, and corporate functions to deliver a clear commercial plan. You will lead strategic projects, portfolio planning, and executive communications, ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
12+ years of relevant experience; 3–5 years in strategy at a top strategy firm or multinational company preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, commodities, agriculture, food, or poultry is highly relevant.
Experience supporting international business operations and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with International leaders, regional teams, and corporate functions.
Identify growth opportunities in International within six months.
Develop a clear commercial plan to unlock growth pillars over the first year.
Lead pipeline development for international M&A opportunities and partnerships.
Oversee strategic projects, portfolio prioritization, and enterprise planning discussions.
Act as trusted advisor to the President of International and coordinate messaging for Board and leadership reviews.
