Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
10+ years of relevant HR experience with leadership roles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

Design and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
Lead the HR team; drive change management and continuous improvement.
Influence behavior to reinforce safety, HR principles, and consistent employee experience.
Identify risk patterns in EEO/AA and develop corrective actions.
Partner with Talent CoE to review learning catalogs, performance, and budgets.
Monitor program ROI and adjust to evolving business needs; maintain confidentiality.
