Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Senior Manager to support Sales and BU teams, lead pricing strategy, and collaborate with Category Pricing to optimize revenue and value delivery. The role will drive pricing assumptions, build financial pro-formas, and partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing with market conditions.

Based onsite at our Springdale, AR corporate office, you will oversee pricing execution, mentor a small team, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in related field; CPG experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required; SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; senior management interaction.
• Willingness to travel 1-4 trips per year.
