Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across existing and new markets; align with the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns supporting HBK target segments and goals.
• Develop thought leadership through industry events, conferences, social media, and networking.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine growth strategies and provide feedback to segment managers.
