• Proactive and sharp senior operator able to develop and execute successful business development and marketing strategies.
• Highly collaborative with partners and international business development team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement key business development strategies aligned to international growth goals.
• Act as the main contact for partners in the region, coordinating practice strategies and P&L management.
• Lead on regional marketing content, campaigns and events to engage priority clients and grow reputation.
• Recruit and build out a new team of high-performing juniors underneath you.
