Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing for the VELYS Power team, ideally located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, though Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN, and West Chester, PA may be considered.

The Marketing Manager will lead downstream marketing and portfolio optimization to maximize adoption, profitability, and lifecycle efficiency, collaborating across functions and external partners to drive launches and market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, commercialization, business development, or related field.
• Experience in downstream marketing, product commercialization, lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, or capital equipment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead downstream marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and commercial programs that drive portfolio adoption, utilization, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Own lifecycle management and portfolio optimization initiatives, including product transitions, portfolio simplification, margin improvement, and end-of-life planning.
• Assess market research, customer insights, competitive dynamics, portfolio performance, and financial results to prioritize investments and improve business performance.
• Lead commercialization and launch execution for new products, portfolio enhancements, and strategically sourced technologies developed with external manufacturing and innovation partners.
• Partner with regional and local marketing and sales teams to develop customer conversion, demand generation, pricing, and market execution strategies.
• Develop positioning, value propositions, multichannel marketing programs, sales enablement tools, communications, and commercial education that support customer acquisition, retention, and utilization.
• Collaborate across Sales, Global Strategic Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Healthcare Compliance, and external partners to ensure commercial readiness, supply continuity, and lifecycle execution.
• Manage assigned budgets and track forecasts, key performance indicators, portfolio risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leadership.
• Support customer-facing commercial activities, including customer meetings, field visits, industry events, product demonstrations, laboratory programs, and procedure or surgical evaluations, to gather insights, enable adoption, strengthen relationships, and support market development.
