Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing to join the VELYS Power team. Ideally located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with consideration for Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.

You will lead downstream marketing, lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and commercialization efforts to maximize adoption and profitability, coordinating with regional teams and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, commercialization, or related field.
• Experience in downstream marketing, product commercialization, lifecycle management, or portfolio optimization.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead downstream marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and commercial programs.
• Own lifecycle management and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Assess market research, customer insights, and financial results to prioritize investments.
• Lead commercialization and launch execution for new products and partnerships.
• Partner with regional and local teams to develop demand generation, pricing, and market execution.
• Develop positioning, multichannel programs, and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure commercial readiness and lifecycle execution.
• Manage budgets and track forecasts, outlining actionable recommendations.
• Support customer-facing activities to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
