Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, or related discipline.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics, Surgical Technologies, or related healthcare technologies.
• Proven track record developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic commercial leader in Spine Surgery, Robotics, and Navigation Technologies.
• Lead upstream marketing activities supporting NPD and market insights.
• Drive surgeon engagement through advisory boards and Voice of Customer programs.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and business cases.
• Support multigenerational product and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to define portfolio strategy.
• Monitor competitive activity and technology trends to inform decisions.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to support innovation initiatives.
• Provide commercial leadership across concept, development, launch, and global commercialization.
• Support portfolio governance and investment prioritization.
