Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing for the VELYS Power team, ideally based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role focuses on downstream marketing, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization to drive growth and profitability.

You will lead planning, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, R&D, and external partners to ensure readiness and market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, product management, or related field.
• Experience in downstream marketing, product commercialization, lifecycle management, or portfolio optimization.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead downstream marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Own lifecycle management and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Assess market research, insights, and competitive dynamics to guide investments.
• Lead commercialization and launch for new products and partnerships.

• Develop positioning, multichannel programs, and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure commercial readiness and supply continuity with cross-functional partners.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and portfolio risks.
• Support customer-facing activities to gather insights and drive adoption.
