Lightning AI is seeking a Head of Global Growth Marketing to build and scale a global demand engine across digital, webinars, email, and emerging channels. This leadership role, reporting to the CMO, defines the operating model for demand programs and aims to grow a high performing team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in high-growth technology companies.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, ABM, and long sales cycles.
• Experience with product-led/self-service growth motions for developers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing growth strategy aligned to business goals and GTM, and architect a global demand engine.
• Lead digital demand campaigns across channels including webinars, email, web, nurture.
• Build and scale ABM programs across priority accounts and segments, coordinating with sales & field marketing.
• Partner with MarketingOps, SalesOps, and RevOps to optimize targeting, scoring, pipeline, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to design campaigns, offers, and audiences across channels.
• Develop PLG funnels with campaigns to increase signups, purchases, and product usage.
• Establish experimentation and AI-native automation as core operating principles across channels.
