Lightning AI is seeking a Head of Global Growth Marketing to build and scale a global demand engine across digital, events, and ABM. You will lead a multi-channel strategy, aligning with product and field marketing to drive pipeline and revenue.

This is a senior role reporting to the CMO, with remote US flexibility and preferred base in SF or NYC. The role emphasizes experimentation, AI-native automation, and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, ABM, and sales-assisted conversion.
• Experience with product-led/self-service growth for developers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing growth strategy and multi-channel demand engine.
• Lead digital demand campaigns across webinars, email, web, and emerging formats.
• Build and scale ABM programs coordinating paid media with sales, events, and lifecycle programs.
• Partner with MarketingOps/SalesOps/RevOps to target accounts, score leads, and optimize pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to define campaigns, offers, and audiences.
• Develop Product Led Growth campaigns to boost new signups and product usage.
• Hire and coach a high-performing, creative team across digital channels and ABM.
