Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a VP of Marketing to translate product leadership and market momentum into durable, measurable growth. You will own global marketing strategy, organization, budget, and operating model, leading an international team across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Digital, Content, Field and Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle, and Marketing Ops.

You will align market understanding with clear positioning, demand creation, sales activation, product adoption, and revenue

Qualifications

• Significant B2B tech marketing leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data, AI, or enterprise software company.
• Proven ability to build or transform global marketing teams and leaders.
• Direct accountability for qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and marketing efficiency.
• Depth across both Product Marketing and Demand Generation, with the judgment to connect category, ICP, narrative, content, channels, lifecycle, and sales activation.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to practitioners, technical leaders, economic buyers, and enterprise buying committees.
• Experience operating across North America, Europe, and additional international markets with strong regional Sales and Field Marketing partnerships.
• Strong financial and operating discipline, including budget ownership, forecasting, prioritization, agency management, and performance reviews.
• Fluency with modern B2B marketing and revenue systems and the ability to distinguish useful measurement from dashboard activity.
• Evidence of using AI and automation to improve marketing quality, speed, personalization, or insight.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can make complex infrastructure products clear without making them simplistic.
• Comfort working directly with founders and executives, challenging assumptions, making decisions with imperfect information, and turning ambiguity into a focused operating plan.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
