Siemens Energy is seeking a Product and Business Development Manager for Integrated Powertrain Solutions (IPS) to shape global growth strategies and portfolio priorities. You will translate market insights into roadmaps, business cases, and partnerships, connecting innovation with profitable growth across an international business.

You will collaborate with regional teams and leadership to align engineering, operations, and sales, while traveling up to 20% and enabling long-term customer value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global growth strategies for the IPS portfolio.
• Own portfolio strategy and product roadmaps with prioritised investments.
• Build business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new products and services.
• Prioritise and commercialise repair development, upgrades and digital solutions.
• Develop strategic customer and industry relationships; evaluate partnerships and investments.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver offerings and improve portfolio profitability.
