Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for the Northeast and Midwest regions. This senior role drives electrical and mechanical engineering excellence, oversees motor and generator aftermarket services, and partners with regional GMs and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, cost‑effective technical solutions.

The role balances regional leadership with enterprise strategy, ensuring safety, quality, and revenue growth while advancing standardized repair

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical and mechanical engineering activities across the Northeast and Midwest region, supporting service centers and field operations.
• Provide direct engineering support for large motor and generator repairs, RCFA, re-rate, redesign, and upgrade solutions.
• Drive adoption of enterprise engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead technical reviews for high‑risk or high‑value projects.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, and Field Services to deliver engineered solutions and growth.
